About us

Yeni’s Fusion was opened with the goal of making good Indonesian food more accessible in Austin. With inspiration from the different types of food around Texas, Chef Yeni Rosdiyani started with pop ups and as they became successful, she decided to open her first truck in 2021. After the success of the first truck, she opened her second truck in 2023!

On our trucks, you can find both authentic Indonesian options like bubur ayam (rice porridge with chicken), beef rendang (toasted coconut & spices beef curry), and batagor (chicken & fish fried dumpling with peanut sauce). Also available are fusion dishes like our chicken wings, grilled chicken and yellow rice, and empal gentong (coconut curry soup with smoked brisket). Vegetarian and vegan options are on the menu as well, like vegetarian spring rolls, tofu & tempeh teriyaki, and vegan coconut soup.

In 2020 after spending time at home, she opened a restaurant in her hometown.
